Raised in Mijas, I've called the Costa del Sol home for over 35 years. My journey began when I joined the British Army at 17, serving for 22 years. This career instilled in me a wide range of essential skills that now form the bedrock of Ives Costa Services: discipline, leadership, organization, health and safety awareness, problem-solving, and the unwavering commitment to completing every job to the highest standard.
Throughout my military service, I maintained a strong connection to this region. Whenever my duties allowed, I worked part-time alongside my father, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in pool care, gardening, tiling, general building, and property maintenance. This unique blend of professional military standards with practical, local knowledge passed down through generations defines our approach.

Our vision for the future
We are continuously investing in professional training to expand the range of fully qualified services offered by Ives Costa Services. Aaran is currently working towards completing his Spanish RITE qualification by the end of 2026, which will allow us to provide legally compliant air-conditioning and heating services.
Additionally, he is pursuing qualification as a Spanish Baja Tensión electrical installer, aiming for completion by March 2027. This will enable us to add professional electrical installation, maintenance, and certification to our existing property care services.
Our long-term goal is to become your single, reliable point of contact for all property maintenance, including pools, gardens, air conditioning, and electrical work across the Costa del Sol.
